For part 1️⃣ of my 🌱Vegan Cooking Basics Series🌱 I’m gonna show you how to sautée mushrooms 🍄
1. Heat oil in a pan on med-high heat (I like to use olive oil)
2. Add your sliced or diced mushrooms
3. Stir and fry to coat the mushrooms with the oil
4. Add spices of your choice, such as cumin, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, and salt&pepper (I also added nutritional yeast!)
5. Continue sautéing on med heat until the mushrooms are soft, fragrant, and a little bit crispy
6. Add your mushrooms to burgers, salads, bowls, or whatever you want! 🍄
