Our team wanted to thank @bostonpreservationalliance for their recognation and award on the preservation and restoration of @sowapowerstation . Our team saw potential and with intention and imagination, we sought to bring back life, breathing new vibrancy into the Power Staton and the SoWa art district. The interior is a 25,000-square-foot, 60-foot-high open event space, with a full-service catering kitchen and new restrooms to support events of 1,500 guests. A new 4,000-square-foot event mezzanine with a full-service bar overlooks the large event space, accessible by a new elevator and stairs.
