A young woman with very clear ideas: making wine in the lands where this is not just a profession but the meaning on which an entire community is built. In this spirit of social growth, she started her cellar which revolves around native varieties, indigenous yeast strains and the safeguarding of ungrafted vines, aged between 80-150 years.
