Morning run or evening run? Sometimes it’s so refreshing to run with no set plan, no certain paces, just get out there and get lost in your surroundings, one foot in-front of the other. You don’t always need to be training for something, you can just run to be free. This week I encourage you to ditch the watch (or at-least looking at it during your run!), change your loop, change your route, run with friends, run without your earbuds. Run to burn off anxieties.
