@webbyagility is great for boxing footwork 🔥 💥 One of my go to tools for developing footwork w/ clients 1️⃣ Basic lateral step with Jab, switching direction every few jabs or after 1 full lap. Make sure to hit both dorections equally, moving to the power side with Jab can be tricky as it is cross-lateral (opposite hand and foot moving together) 2️⃣ Dynamic “on the bounce” movement, with an explosive but controlled attack to the center of the Webby with a double jab, exit immediately to the outside using back foot first then reset and move laterally to line up the next attack. 3-4 attacks in each direction.
