The European leg of the #AliciaAndKeysWorldTour is officially wrapped and honestly, I couldn’t be more proud of myself. It’s not easy bouncing back into anything after having a baby! Whether it’s feeling self conscious about your body, your mental and or emotional health, because well, hormones! Having mom guilt, not wanting to leave the baby, fear of losing the bond, whatever it may be. The process is really one of a kind, and even with all of these things stacked up against me, I did it! Yes, I’m very honored for every opportunity, but this time specifically, I’m the most impressed with my ability to maneuver through life with so much grace and agility. Showing up for myself, always with my best foot forward, and maintaining excellence every step of the way. 20 shows and multiple milk shipments home down, I did it!!!!!
