Truce v2, X-Mas 2025 Now that this has been handed off to it's owner, I can get this posted, and will probably be my last post before the New Year because the cabin is calling. December 28th 2015 was a crazy day. I had left a decade long stint (career?) working in mental health and had been hired on for my first tech support job, contracted out to Whole Foods of all things. First day training in the building, my new boss grabbed me and hauled me out to meet the team. And granted, I met a lot of people that day, but that was also my first introduction to @lolo.bird.art. If you had told me then that this nutcase would be my ride or die bestie ten years later...Well, time is kinda funny like that. I had said at the tail end of October that I wouldn't be doing art as gifts this year, then she went and said that v1 of this piece was her favorite out of the entire series, and I couldn't just let that stand. Honestly, it's kind of fitting, she's the owner of the Clancy Tour poster as well. This one also has the added bonus of a hidden inscription on the back, but that's for her. Starting to feel like it's not the holidays unless my Clancy is getting emotional about art, and I'm kinda okay with that. Probably didn't help that I hid it in the copy of RockSound that I've been having to move around every time she came over this year, that she didn't think she was going to get her hands on. XD To everyone else, I hope your holidays have and will continue to treat you well, and that better things will find you in the coming year.
