Mouayed Bashir a young black brother who lost his life father contact with @gwentpolice. Restrained and leg bound for more than 45 minutes infront of his parents in his own bedroom. Mouayed's parents called for the ambulance time and time again due to a mental health episode on the morning of the 17th of February, unfortunately the police attended the family home with no arrest warrant and barged their way into his room, treated Mouayed by applying handcuffs and restraints.
