🍂RECIPE🍂 Pumpkin Cinnamon and vanilla Buns if dreams! These totally taste like Autumn 🍁 They are very easy to make and so ever soft thanks to the pumpkin! No dry buns here ! Recipe bellow : 175ml of milk 560g of bread flour 50g of golden granulated sugar 2 tsp of dried instant yeast 170g of pumpkin purée 60g melted salted butter 1 egg 1 pinch of salt 1 tbsp of mixed spices 1 tbsp of cinnamon For the filling 75g of salted butter 1 tsp of vanilla paste 75g of dark brown sugar METHOD 1. Warm up the milk and add the yeast and sugar to it. Then add all of the rest of the ingredients for the dough and use a spatula to make a bowl. 2. Place in the bowl of an electric mixer with the hook attachment, and knead for 10 to 12 min. Don’t hesitate to add 1 or 2 tbsp of flour if it is still too sticky. 3. Leave the dough then to rise for 1h30 in a warm place. 4. Deflate the dough then roll a large rectangle with it. To make the filling, simple mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of the dough (see video) 5. Roll a tight roll, cut 12 piece. Place on top of a lined with baking paper tray. Leave to rise for 30min. 6. Brush with milk and bake for 15 min at 180C fan oven. Eat Now !
