Boragó is moving to Madrid for a month. Our first service will be on November 15th and the last on December 3rd. Reservations are open at: inresidence.es We will combine the Chilean Native Spring with the Spanish Autumn in a menu and we are truly happy as a team to be able to experience something like this and to bring part of the South-South to the Northern hemisphere.
