✊💥 Girl power is the best power. More than ever we need to support our female friends, colleagues, and family members. Here’s what that looks like to me: 1. Radical transparency (truth) 🎙 2. Fight for your sister’s raises 💰or be honest about what you can afford (comes handy in nonprofit and start up situations) 3. Empower our POC women and give them room at the table (they need us now more than ever) 💥 4. Take time to mentor (a coffee virtual coffee date with a new hire goes a long way) 5. Make connections without expectations Let’s do it ladies 💥✊ I am grateful for my team, friends, and the powerful women in my family who inspire me every damn day. You know who you are 😘
