If you've been following me for the last year or so, you probably have seen that I've taken a huge step towards bettering myself physically. I've gone from being a guy who NEVER had a workout regimen in his life, to working out 4 times a week, on the road, etc. The commitment to myself in the gym has not only helped me physically, but mentally and in the studio in a HUGE way.
