Akira was a rehome. Her previous owner needed to get rid of her ASAP (for some unknown reason). Offering a free young not spayed “pit bull” is risky. She could’ve ended up in hands of a backyard breeder who would breed her for looks and money. As her previous owner said the other person interested said that she would have beautiful puppies. 😔⁣ @akirablackpit ⁣ The day Akira arrived home I was brainwashed by the media and scared of her for a little. Then I saw this emaciated black pup coming at me with full-body wiggles. She wasn’t potty trained or had bed. Was kept in a crate 24/7, didn’t know how to walk on a leash, up the stairs, or play with toys. Fast forward to now she is this amazing dog that I love so much.
