Stair Master: get your cardio & buss a sweat. It will drive your workout! Trust!
Bench: went a little heavy but make sure you can actually control the weight, if not.. it’s too heavy.
Bent over Row’s: 4x15 again, make sure you can control the weight you decide to use for a perfect 10 & struggle the last 2-5 reps. Go for a challenge.
Bridge Chest Press: keep your hips up, activate your Hammies & core will doing your chest presses.. squeeze at the top & focus on your chest!
Pull Ups: slow & controlled until failure (4 sets) don’t cheat yourself on this one.
Holds: give yourself at least 30 seconds (mid hold) focus on the width of your back. (LATS!)
