When it comes to training, do more of what MAKES YOU HAPPY 👏🏼 there have countless times I’ve been told I need to lift more, lift less, I’m too skinny, I’m too muscular, etc. the list goes on and on. There are ENDLESS ways for you to move your body so I encourage you to do what makes YOU feel the best both mentally and physically. Walking, Pilates, yoga, weight training, etc... whatever it is, do it because YOU want to 🫶🏼
