Being a parent of one child is not easy, being a parent of four, well that just seems almost impossible. š¤Æ
Between just having ANOTHER baby š and recently moving into our new home, saying āIām stressedā is an understatement.
I feel like I constantly have multiple tabs open at once in my head. (Insert my current thought bubbles š¬ > āShould I start the baby on solids? What am I going to cook for dinner tonight? Did I remember to take out the trash? Should I sign up my oldest up for college prep classes? Should I start saving their college now? (BTW, the answer is āYESā š)
I know itās not just me. Regardless, of how many children you have, weāre all faced with the same list of worries, big and small, that start from the moment they are born and well into their adulthood. And while you canāt predict their future, you can prepare for it.
Thanks to the MET (Michigan Education Trust) prepaid tuition savings program, one thing I can worry less about is how to prepare for their college education WITHOUT breaking the bank. With the account, I am paying for future tuition at today's prices and the age-based pricing means the earlier you start, the more you are able to save. To learn more about how to set up a MET account and the benefits of starting your childās account early, head to my stories or click on the link in my bio. @mieducationtrust
