The session kicked off with @alexkuruvilla addressing everyone on the importance of mental health followed by an introduction on #What'sInItForYou? a first-of-its-kind programme which will include six 60-minute sessions over the next six months. @jasdeepmago from @invisibleillnessind addressed the attendees with techniques rooted in psychology and activities to introspect on self worth, self confidence and our internal dialogue.
