The husband and I were at home today so I decided to spoil him with something delicious for lunch. I’ve been craving a cheesy steak sarmie for a while now and luckily I had a loaf of crusty ciabatta on hand which I thought would be perfect.
I seasoned my steak with the Weber backyard shisanyama spice, toasted the ciabatta with a splash of the Babylonstoren Frantoio Olive Oil. Smeared the burrata on the toasted ciabatta, top with fresh rocket, go in with the steak and top with pickled red onions and enjoy!
