I found this video from 2020. I had never used zoom until Covid. I had to learn to teach a class and learn how to take classes. We had to get very creative very quickly and some of it was fun. I am so grateful to the support I had during lockdown from my students and from other teachers I took class with (here with @biancaborlant ). Yesterday I taught a workshop with 50 in person and another 30 online and it was so great to be able to include everyone @lovesupremeprojects . Studios need people to stay open and we are also happy to learn new ways to serve those that can’t be with us in real life. It’s a crazy beautiful hard messy wonderful world we live in and one thing is for sure, when we move our bodies, breathe well, sing, dance, sit still, remain in community, it is good for us. Good for the mind. Good for the body. Good for the soul. Good for the heart.
