1. Make a commitment to yourself. You have to decide to do the daily disciplines with your fitness and nutrition even when you don’t feel like it. Your trainer or coach can’t do it for you.

2. Create a vision board. Having a set goal and seeing it every day is motivation to keep going. It doesn’t just have to be body goals, but all your goals. Because they’ll require you to be your best self. You can even set it as your screensaver on your phone IF YOU DARE!

3. No gym no problem. Start wherever you’re at. In your living room, outside, at the park... Weights or no weights. JUST START. Progress is key!

4. Remember, fitness is a journey. A lifestyle. Don’t try to rush the process. Be mindful of your negative self-talk. And if you stay consistent and DONT QUIT, you’ll get in the best shape of your life: physically, mentally, spiritually!
