One of these three reasons is why you’re failing in fitness...
1. Nutrition.
Your nutrition isn’t consistently on point. You’re not eating enough protein for your bodyweight, composition and your goal. Why? Probably because you’re either not educated enough to do so, or you’re not disciplined enough to follow through.
2. Training.
Your training isn’t good enough. You’re not pushing yourself hard enough, progressively overloading the muscles and forcing training adaptations.
3. Accountability.
With you not having the internal discipline to hold yourself to account (which is hard, I get it), it’s almost impossible to get in 10/10 shape without a coach.
