TORCH’D with ISAAC BOOTS One of my favorite workouts is Torch’d with the incomparable, (and my dear friend) @isaacboots If you don’t already know who he is, you should really check him out. Not only does he offer an incredibly accessible work out class that kicks your butt, but he also continuously raises money for charities that he is really passionate about. I started doing Torch’d at the beginning of quarantine. It was just what I needed to stay in shape and engaged with the most incredible community. The work out is intense. You are burning fat, toning your entire body and having so much fun. And Isaac is the most positive and generous soul. He offers his class every day at 11 am via his Instagram all the while taking donations for @nokidhungry raising over 1 MILLION DOLLARS.
