Our neighbors Jess and Chris live in “the Dollhouse” — a dreamy 1875 confection complete with a turret, hidden porches, and flower-petal-shaped stained glass windows casting multicolored light on the walls. But it wasn’t always so dreamy — in the 1980s, the house was condemned and almost destroyed. Thankfully, a young lawyer fell in love with the ruined home and saw its potential.
