Over the last 25 years, we have seen the most profound explosion of chronic disease and infertility in human history. Research suggests that the 4.5 billion pounds of herbicides we annually spray into our soils, plants, and water systems are part of the reason why. In the past decade, glyphosate exposure has increased 500%, with some estimates showing as high as 1200%. In 2020 alone, $200 million dollars was paid out in damages for glyphosate-related cancer cases — a mere fraction of the $10 billion Bayer has set aside to settle the ongoing glyphosate litigation.
