"Breast milk does a lot more than protect your baby against diseases. It also helps protect your baby against the common cold, flu, and other run-of-the-mill illnesses. Your breast milk helps sense and detect pathogens your baby is exposed to. So you’ll start to produce milk with extra immunity boost as will as antibodies! Take advantage of the time your baby is sick and pump and store some of that milk for the future!
