🚨Digital Cover Alert 🚨
UCLA Gymnasts Nia Dennis, Sekai Wright, Margzetta Frazier, and Chae Campbell are literally and figuratively flipping gymnastics' culture on its head, giving birth to a new generation of leaders. Gymnastics, a sport where young Black Girls were few and far between, these young women have brought their whole selves to the sport—bringing their authenticity, culture, and voices to the forefront of meaningful conversations. There's a reason why they tend to go viral, whether it be their floor routines filled with the latest dances or using their voices and platform to support the Black Lives Matter movement. They are challenging what it means to be a young Black women in the sport.
