Reuben Reuben I’ve been thinking...🎶🎶 ....about these Reuben fries!!! Leftover corned beef never tasted so good. St. Paddy’s Day is around the corner and I’ve been doing some corned beef recipe R&D. Needless to say, that leads to one thing.....leftovers!!! This is definitely one that’s going in the “MUST make again file”! Recipe: 🍳 Cooked fries go in the cast iron 🍟 🍳 top with chopped corned beef 🍳 Drain sauerkraut and top the corned beef 🍳 cover with Swiss cheese 🧀 🍳 bake on the grill or oven at 400° until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 🍳 Remove, drizzle with Russian or Thousand Island dressing and chopped parsley Serve and enjoy!
