Your self practice is so meaningful...to flow with you in person made my movements gorgeously fresh and love-filled. This experience transcends words, as we truly connected to one another through the language of movement. Thank you for giving me your time. You captured the energy we cultivate in the @tracyandersononlinestudio , and translated that into a weekend of profound connection. When you feel disconnected from your body, that’s your sign to revitalize and empower your physical self. This week, we created awareness around every movement, every breath, every heartbeat.
