@claireleahy captured me for @poppychaindesigns 🤍 yesterday’s shoot was really special to me because I woke up so sad and overwhelmed with so many negative thoughts. Sometimes those thoughts can get the better of you, but we can’t give them the power and let them hold us back! I’m so blessed and grateful I spoke to my mom, took time to journal, and changed the channel!!
