“Cooking with Dora” Tomorrow we kick off our first culinary week featuring our own staff, and we will share our house recipes, our wine tips and our secret spots in and around Etna and Catania. We will let our guests partake in a signature Michelin dinner by chef Alessandro Ingiulla (@sapio_restaurant) who will come to the villa one day especially. But the main attraction will be our own Dora who masterfully will guide us through one culinary delight after the other, based entirely on local Sicilian ingredients. The following week, from 16-23 October, renowned chef Christian F. Puglisi (@chrifrapug) takes over the kitchen, and we can’t wait for his return to Sicily and his inspired cooking.
