LAPD tased Keenan Anderson, 31, a father and high school english teacher to death after car accident. It's exhausting how little our lives value. Keenan flagged down LAPD after a car crash. Instead of helping Keenan, LAPD cuffed, pinned, and tased Keenan which led to cardiac arrest from excessive tasing. Anderson's crime was calling the police for help. FOR HELP.
