THE BOXING ACADEMY - FORTE VILLAGE I just got back from a great couple of weeks coaching abroad in Sardinia. Me & @lisamoorefitness were asked by @fbuglioni to form part of the coaching team out there where we trained kids to adults in the sweet science while they also enjoyed other top notch sporting expertise like the Real Madrid football academy, Dance academy, tennis - Basketball - Climbing - Fencing - Rowing..... to name a few so it was a privilege being involved in a great sporting set up, aswel as see the beauty of Sardinia. Loved coaching alongside Frank and Lisa, aswel as new mate Ian Duberry. A great bunch, a great experience, and glad to have learned some new skills.
