The name is Mickey... Epic Mickey 🖌️ •🖤• It’s officially Festival of the Arts season again at EPCOT! 🎨 And @disneyparks & @waltdisneyworld invited me out to partake in the fun! So I brought along a forgotten mouse to paint the day away 🖌️ Here’s the tea... 🫖 •🖤• Epic Mickey is one of my FAVORITE video games Disney ever created. It was released in 2010 and followed the story of Mickey as he enters a twisted version of the Magic Kingdom led by Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and all of Disney’s forgotten characters. 📽️ Armed with only a paintbrush, your choices determine the outcome of the game as you attempt to defeat the evil Blot 🖤 For the fit, I created ears to mimic the dripping ink ears Mickey has in the game. And I created shoulder epaulettes of spilling Paint and Thinner, two of Mickey’s tools in the game 💙💚 This was a really fun outfit to conceptualize and I LOVED how many people recognized the game! 🥰 •🖤• Festival of the Arts is my FAVORITE festival at EPCOT! 🎨 From incredible art installments and entertainment, to opportunities to meet talented Disney artists.
