It gives a real painterly feeling. Here I used @narsissist velvet matte lip pencil in “famous red”. I love these lip pencils, they are so easy to apply and great for your handbag for easy touch ups. ✨Tip✨ I like to apply the lipstick to the middle of the lip and roll my little finger into the outer corners so the middle looks plumper and the outer edges are softer.
