🔥Lively Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Phoenix Chico Malo in downtown Phoenix is a fun spot if you’re in the mood for Mexican inspired dishes and a lively atmosphere. The tomahawk steak is definitely a showstopper, almost literally. It comes with a fire show at the table that’s a fun way to share the meal. It was absolutely delicious and we made tacos out of it or you can make bowls with it. We tried the Spicy Guava Margarita and the Mezcal Negroni, both delicious and they also have great happy hour. The space itself has a colorful, upbeat vibe with an open kitchen and good music in the background.
