Where to Next? Holiday Travels... where I am headed: Oaxaca, Mexico! For the third year in a row, I'm making a New Years pilgrimage to my favorite beach in Mexico. I'll be staying at a house designed, built & owned by acclaimed Mexican architect, @juliogaeta ... the house is about 45 minutes north of Puerto Escondido central, and shares a beach with Casa Wabi. My itinerary is pretty limited: reading a couple books, daily yoga at @puntapajaros , a great meal at the new @terrestrehotel and an afternoon spent at the Temezcal @el.papelillo ... plus lots of beach days and evening bonfires. As for what I am packing, I'll be traveling with my Aegean Sabahs for the New Year's Eve party, and my El Paso Babas for beach and daytime activities. I love how the sand, salt & sun ages & breaks in the undyed veg tan leather.
