I think it’s easy to sit back at the end of the year & think 💭What did I really do? What did I achieve? Why didn’t I do as much as others? Etc. but stop and take a second to A. Congratulate yourself for getting through the year❤️ no matter what the world has thrown at you and B. Ultimately you don’t need to have done anything major or life changing this year because if you add up all the little memories, little achievements & little moments I am sure you can finds so many pieces of 2022 that you will carry with you for the rest of your life ☺️🫶🏻 try to focus on what this past year taught you and brought you rather than goals you didn’t achieve or things you never got to do! At the end of the day tomorrow is page 1 of a brand new chapter & we all have the power to make it the best one yet 🥰✨ *now I will say that this statement is with a massive pinch of salt because being someone who has experienced indescribable loss & lows which you are so powerless to I would never want to plaster on that phrase for all because I know when my life was tough and I’d be in a workout class & they would say you can do whatever you want etc. i would get really annoyed because all I wanted was my dad to get better and I couldn’t do that! 🥺 sorry major side note I just felt the need to say ‘it’s in our power to do our best with the cards we have been dealt’ love to you all 🤍 2022 Mishy x
