Here’s a fun Winter Mezcal Paloma recipe: 1 oz Mezcal 1 oz Tequila 1 oz Grapefruit Juice 1/2 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz cranberry syrup Grapefruit topo chico, to top In a cocktail shaker add everything but the topo chico. Add ice and shake! Rim glass with Tajin or spicy salt. Add ice and double strain. Top with topo Chico & garnish!
