Day 1022 - 2025 PNC 10 Miler! • This run was amazing! It rained for the first 4 miles but that’s what comes with this territory. This course was hilly and wet but I told myself if I’m going to reach my goal time (1:35:00) I could not slowdown to walk, no matter how slow my run may become! • In preparation I used AI tools to layout my game plan and everything went perfect! At a certain point it’s all mental, and to keep my mind off the clock, I wrote on my arm the time sheet plan. I even had my children write their names above my knees to bring them along the ride. I was locked in! • Much love to those that ran a long with me as we pushed each other mile for mile. May we meet again.
