The Duck course was incredible and my new standard for duck moving forward. Other honorable mentions are the langostine with tom yum and caviar with Hokkaido scallop.
What I love about Melisse, which has two Michelin stars, is the intimate setting with the open kitchen. It’s incredible to watch the chefs in their element. They’re true masters of their craft.
