Revisiting some of my favorite bites from @melisserestaurant x @thedoldergrand The Duck course was incredible and my new standard for duck moving forward. Other honorable mentions are the langostine with tom yum and caviar with Hokkaido scallop. What I love about Melisse, which has two Michelin stars, is the intimate setting with the open kitchen.
