Part of the reason I created this show was to share with raw vulnerability my experiences over the last few years, not only for myself to feel expressed but for anyone else out there that may relate to the loss, pain and grief that they may have experienced or are currently experiencing. To feel seen and valued for what ever season of life they may be in. Just like seasons, you cannot rush healing. It takes as long as it needs to take. Vulnerability is strength, sharing is strong. Please reach out to friends and family. No matter how much we can all keep it together, we’re not meant to do it alone. Trust me when I say, you are loved and not alone.
