We are teachable. Mindfulness, education and communication are essential in cultivating an inclusive environment in which all MOM’s employees are treated, developed, and promoted fairly. We rise by lifting others. Our social justice journey is ever-evolving, and there is always more work to be done. We are focused on progress, not perfection. Indifference makes no difference. We continue to fund and partner with nonprofits that are impactful in the social justice movement.
