One of the BIGGEST mistakes that will keep you stuck and prevent you from healing your bloating, reflux, diarrhea, or constipation is thinking you just need to cut MORE foods out of your diet. ❌ STOP DOING THIS!!! (please) I have sooo many gut health clients who come to me, who have been eating the same 5-10 foods for YEARS! 😱 When I dig deeper, I find that a lot of them are eating maybeeee 800-1200 calories a day, because they just don’t feel good when they eat anything more than that.
