Tofu Satay is so delicious especially when dipped in a savory with a hint of sweetness kuah kacang (peanut sauce). I love kuah kacang and used that for my ketupat (compressed rice in a beautiful diamond shape parcels).

Cooking notes:
- Blend the spices finely so the tofu can absorb them quicker
- Don't skip the coconut milk brush for that char look on the tofu when grilling
- This recipe yields a lot more kuah kacang for the satay and the good news is that you can store them for salad or double your tofu batches.
