Oh, look: Here's a carousel of things I did today. Things I think you need to know but probably don't care about: 😩 I've reached the "I'm sick of this shit" part of training, but I'm still here... šŸ˜ I'm really excited about doing the Bronx 10 Mile this Sunday 🫣 I think I'm dumb as 🪨 to do the 18 Miler next week, but I know it'll hold me accountable to do the longest training run this cycle when I don't feel like it šŸ˜… I'm bullying @esnelldesign into running both weeks, but he's only happy about one of those weeks šŸ˜‚ I'm officially a gym rat, and I walk like a bouncer šŸ’© Today, I wanted to āœ‚ļø both of my coaches. Mobility training tried to take my life, and because he knows that @ishowout_25 has me on a program, he held me accountable to do my deadlifts today despite trying to play hookey. Then, my mobility coach helped me fix most of my janky sumo deadlift form so I could stop being a lil' šŸ• šŸ’œ I'm tiyaaaddd, but I'm grateful If you reached the "Why tf I signed up for this race" stage of your respective fall training, you're far from alone. Keep pressing forward. Feel free to trauma dump your fitness fckshit below. I can't be the only insufferable person out here.
