When I was 5 years old, my family watched Queen Elizabeth's coronation on the small screen of a black and white tv. I loved a cookie tin we had with a picture of her riding her beautiful, black horse in the Trooping of the Colour. I weep for the world's loss today. A woman of the ages who led with strength, grace, humor and dignity. She led by great example in a world bereft of leaders who are faithful to a personal sense of honor and morality. Our quarrels seem so petty in the face of a leader who vowed to serve and who loved the people she served until her last breath. I add my sympathies to those of a grieving world. @queenelizabeth
