This was the day my beautiful childhood friends @lilnatb and @jordantrafecanty came to visit me in my beautiful new home town. It was also the day I found out I had been hired to work on the production of a documentary series for PBS. While that’s all I can share about the project at this moment (for legal reasons) I can share that that day solidified multiple dreams I had worked very hard for coming true at once. My dream job in my dream town with my dreamy friends. I’m really humbled and honored to work with this new production team and for PBS. Swipe to listen to the speech Fred Rogers gave in a senate hearing in 1969 in which he single handedly saved PBS. In light of recent events, I find his message of control, gunfire, conflict resolution and feelings of overwhelming anger more relevant than ever. I hope to do you proud, Mr. Rogers.
