Collagen packed pumpkin bars that are full of fall flavor. They’re grain-free, gluten-free, refined sugar free πŸ‚ For the bars: 🍁 3/4 cup nut butter (we used almond butter) 🍁 1/4 cup pumpkin puree 🍁 1 Tablespoon maple syrup 🍁 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil 🍁 1/2 cup @needed collagen peptides 🍁 1/2 cup coconut flour 🍁 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 🍁 1/4 teaspoon salt For the cacao glaze (optional but delicious) 🍁 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 🍁 1/4 cup nut butter 🍁 2 tablespoons cacao powder (we like Navitas) 🍁 1 tablespoon made syrup Mix each layer in separate bowls. Spread the pumpkin layer into an 8” x 8” dish and top with the cacao. Store in the fridge! Modified from & inspired by @eatingbirdfood
