Collagen packed pumpkin bars that are full of fall flavor. Theyβre grain-free, gluten-free, refined sugar free π
For the bars:
π 3/4 cup nut butter (we used almond butter)
π 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
π 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
π 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
π 1/2 cup @needed collagen peptides
π 1/2 cup coconut flour
π 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
π 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the cacao glaze (optional but delicious)
π 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
π 1/4 cup nut butter
π 2 tablespoons cacao powder (we like Navitas)
π 1 tablespoon made syrup
Mix each layer in separate bowls. Spread the pumpkin layer into an 8β x 8β dish and top with the cacao. Store in the fridge!
