2022 pushed me right to the edge. To say it was a tough one is an understatement. Both mentally and physically I felt burnt out, stressed, anxious and lost. Coming home to Kenya has healed me beyond all measure. It has enabled me to rest, be present, spend proper time with the kids, fall in love again and be with my mum who has needed my energy as much as l’ve needed hers.
