I used to order out ramen allllll the time ...until I realized how quick and easy it was to make at home. just as flavorful as your favorite takeout, but so much healthier! 1 quart chicken or vegetable broth 1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, grated
2-inch piece fresh ginger, grated 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon chili paste 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
6 ounces ramen noodles, I used @lotusfoods gluten-free noodles 1. Add everything except for noodles to a large pot and simmer over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. 
 2. Taste broth and adjust any seasonings as desired, then add in the ramen noodles and cook until tender. 
 3.
